I think you are right, this company seem to be taking over the world with little customer service.
They seem to think we have to wait for them. For some reason in MIA they cannot produce one invoice for the whole amount of fuel and have a limit I think of US$4000 for your credit card, so they need to print two transactions or more. On a quick tech stop you have to be in there hassling them to get it done.
They should come to the aircraft.
