Evening all,
I just tried to access iTunes on my PC, only to be told that there was a problem with Quicktime and I had to unstall/ reinstall before I could open iTunes. Duly went through the rigmarole, only to get the following message:
The file 'iTunesLibrary.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes
which means zilch to me, other than iTunes still won't open. I tried doing a system restore to 4 days ago, but it reverts to saying that there's a problem with Quicktime etc etc. Grateful for any help/advice
