Dublin? or Belfast?
Both were recent failures in a better economic climate so I would doubt it. BA tried DUB and were flying fresh air across the Irish Sea in competition with CityJet and ScotAirways flew a Do328 into BHD for CityJet but coulnd't make it pay.
