I know, it's quite devastating and at the same time discouraging to read blogs are well, on the not so good side...but you know what, how would know if you won't try...I mean, it's not going to be all rainbow and sunshine down there in QR, turbulence and unfavorable weather conditions will always arise
. But don't lose heart, like everyone said, QR is what you make out of it...it will be one hell of a ride!
I I have a couple of friends who worked there, and so far, everything seems well...so, don't be afraid, try, dip your toe, and then on 3, 1-2-3, go for the plunge!
