I was asked to present some ideas on a CFMS some 5 years ago. A flow computer was set up in UAE centre, giving landing slots, based on ETA and updated on radar contact. This would allow the flow controller to assign times for aircraft to be at Bubin and Desdi based on RWY and weather conditions.
