Thanks you so much for your advice and examples. Indeed you've advised me alot. But i still think KQ has a pattern of choice of its pilots. I believe they have a preference for South Africa more than any other. e.g. In an article ( Soft Landing for Pilots as Row Resolved) published on 28/06/2006, KQ said "To meet this demand, the firm intends to employ Kenyan pilots graduating from aviation schools in South Africa.....". However, i agree on all the others you people have said. I do not know whether Wilson based pilots are still joining KQ.
Anyone from KQ insiders with more light can extend this.....
