Funny thing happened to me late last year, Started 'er up for NVFR flight (CTA departure) and instead of giving me taxi clearance, was given a "Sorry, no VFR flights tonight due staff shortage".
Oh well, went to the pub.....
It's all safe until something happens, isn't it?
