for this program, basically Ka is helping you for your conversion.
but due to the fact, they only accept conversion base on ur first license.
meaning if you have your FAA PPL, you must not get a CPL/MEIFR issued by other countries.
this is not Ka's requirement but HKCAD request that.
so i strongly suggest you to stick with where you are and continue the training in USA.
i actually cant give you the answer whether they would accept both. but what i can tell you is that USA is one of the member in ICAO. i believe they will accept that. Dont quote on me. i cant confirm atm. i will see if i can find out the answer for u.
