There is difference between "real" and full service. Jetstar doesn't fit into either category.

I expect an airline to

Publish a time table and as much as possible stick to it.
Not cancel flights at short notice with a bad luck clause attached.
Not change times at the last minute, a regular occurrence, especially on international sectors. I am not talking about last minute operational changes, I am talking about changes a week or so before with no notification until check in.

Provision of water on board without the rediculous price tag would be nice.

Feel safe. I'm afraid I don't have great confidence, no more than paxing with any Asian carrier.

Doesn't really sound like much, BUT theybare simple requests. Apart from CHEAP seats there isn't much substance to this mob.

An airline like silk air, Bangkok Air Garuda at a pinch would be an improvement.
