According to SAFA Website
What is checked ?
Checks may include:
- licences of the pilots;
- procedures and manuals that should be carried in the cockpit;
- compliance with these procedures by flight and cabin crew;
- safety equipment in cockpit and cabin;
- cargo carried in the aircraft; and
- the technical condition of the aircraft.
Does any of those items include checking OFP (Operational Flight plans) ?
Does any SAFA Inspector have the right to check the FP Used in operating the sector to or from a European destination ?
And if somebody have any concerns about a safety issue in a foreign operator how can he pass his concerns to SAFA and is it valuable if this thing is a few months old ( with in the last 3 Months) ?
