Agreement signed for Aer Arann

A conditional investment agreement has been signed with Aer Arann to ensure its survival as a going concern.
The High Court today approved the continuation of the examinership of Aer Arann.
Examiner Michael McAteer of Grant Thornton is in the process of finalising the deal and intends to issue these proposals to creditors in the coming days.
Creditors meetings will be held from next Monday.
The next court hearing has been set for Friday week, 22 October
ends.
