The CRM test is questions like do you think automation makes flying safer? do you like your job? etc etc. it s aload of bull!!!! to be honest. They just tell you no and that if you want feedback, you have to book an appointment for a face to face interview back in Hamburg. They wont give you a breakdown of your results over the phone!! Its just a NO. Good luck to all and do your best. By the way whatever we say, its up to you on the actual day of the test to do your best, whatever any of us say, who have completed the test, will not make a difference to YOUR INDIVIDUAL test results. If anyone from the 7th October wishes to contact me thats fine. Im not answering anyore questions regarding CRM, ATPL test etc. Study the CBT, Human Performance questions and just be yourself in the personality tests and CRM. Once again Good luck guys. Out....
