If you look on the Cathay website for the cadet pilot it say, "may be subject to a functional reach test" that wasnt there a few months back, so definetly something new. Im only 1.8m and didnt have it. I was tested for strength. The doctor put pressure on my knees and elbows and I had to try and resist his force. They want to see that youre not too weak in the muscles, and no you dont need to be Arnie to pass this test!
