TC you must right, although the concept of "under license" is not very clear to me in this case. I think (without knowing too much) that where 109 was manufactured was based on allocation from either Speer's planning office or somewhere else and not by negotiated licensing arrangements....

I would handle Erla's factory in Leipzig as a 109 production site/facility.
But the challenge was good, and the a/c in web, so everybody is happy
