We have no After TO checklist, nor a Climb one.
Approach checklist is coupled to securing the cabin, for what it's worth, could be anywhere from top of descent to FL100.
On a different fleet we used to have an Approach checklist that was actioned after setting QNH. The only item on the list: QNH...set and X-checked
