NATS are generally very accomodating when it comes to things like people in their final year of Uni or for people in jobs which require long peiods of notice before they can leave so you could quite happily apply now if you want. You also neve know how long you would have to wait until you get a course start date as this is usually several months after being accepted in the first place.
