I would like to express appreciation to the Cabin and Tech crew on the delayed QF21 to NRT.
The professional approach and sincere effort to make the unavoidable delays due to faults, of which the LAME have also made a sincere effort, is a credit to the company and significant reflection on the Australian attitude. Especially given the requirement to find hotel rooms after the NRL grand final in Sydney on Sunday night.
Foreign pax I spoke to were understanding of the situation and not unduly upset.
