Malaysia requires such a system, but why they'd want to keep it quiet is beyond me and supposedly have not had the finance available. Several states in the Middle East have also expressed interest in the system. I thought Swedish export laws were more transparent than being allowed to sell defence equipment without naming the customers, although I have noticed Saab have done that before when announcing sales of land equipment.
