Ex Cathedra,
regarding the AOM flight deck (de)briefing, speaking purely from an engineering perspective, a local FA with small hands would be well suited to the function of adjusting the straps of the load bearing structure here, but I'm certain that the wrists would give way when temporarily taking the strain of the front end load itself. I am estimating each load to be far more than 1 BSH (British Standard Handful).
Perhaps the pilots could be of assistance in the function of load bearing here with their large hairy hands?
Safe Flying is always better with a large pair of airbags.
Best Regards,
