yes it will rather be dfl 165 then dfl315, although within Belgo a lot of people have wet dreams about rising the DFL, but as it is now and without any recrutement its absolutely not possible to take over some airspace from muac.
I hope that one day Muac takes over Belgo airspace and hopefully us controllers as wel.
