My daughter was on board communication to passengers was very poor. Initial 30 min delay then 2Hrs sat on the aircraft waiting for a further crew member then pushing back then returning to stand Flight rescheduled for tomorrow dept DSA by coach at 08.00 to Gatwick with no actual flight dept time. Going for a weekend break now no point in going.
No actual reason given for flight cancellation but if it was due to the odd irrate passenger why were they not dealt with individually and the rest of the flight allowed to continue
