I believe the J-Air contract is canceled as of March 2011, right? The surprising thing here is that the J-Air contract lasted this long.
JAL will certainly survive and see better days in the future. It is almost impossible to imagine Japan without JAL. It is no longer the national carrier, but most in Japan still think of it that way.
