Actually I would anyway, I have JAA PPL+IMC which may become an EIR so I think I have covered myself quite well.
Is the EIR still on the agenda? It wasn't in the Flight Crew Licencing proposals issued last month (or at least I couldn't find it).
When I didn't see it there, I assumed that it had been dropped?
