Recruitment is inevitable
Rest assured recruitment in Flybe is inevitable. Virtually every F/O and a high proportion of Captains want to move on when opportunities arise further up the food chain. I personally know several F/O's with applications in at Jet 2, most would jump at Easy if they start offering DEP and some are off to the Middle East already.
I wouldn't be surprised if the doors open again arter Christmas.
