Having read all that, I can only add to what largegeorge says and recommend Get a Head for the Sky. All you mentioned about the day is exactly what is in the book. I knew it was written for the CTC interview but I didn't know the CTC interview was based on the BA one. I did the CTC interview a while back and it sounds identical!
