The deal is a rubbish one even by modern standards.
They are chancing their arm. Trying to "hedge" employment costs in advance as the market starts to improve.
To get an interview they need 4 Yes ticks:
1) Will pay £25K for rating.
2) Will accept garbage salary based on some 70% nonsense.
3) Available to start within 4-6 weeks.
4) Will relocate wherever, whenever.
The biggest dissapointment being the pilot characters doing the telephone interviews. Why get involved in a project that helps the employer dumb down T&c's even further?
