Now if I convert to NPPL I get my GP (who also happens to be a French AME) to countersign my self declaration, et voila.
A Medical Declaration may
only be signed by a UK GP with a Licence to Practise in the UK. Not even by an AME unless he/she happens to be your UK GP.
