There's a fairly recent NOTAM which increased the departure radius:

ALL ACFT DEP FROM AD WITHIN 360NM RAD OF YBBN, PLANNED TO ARRIVE WITHIN THE PERIODS 2000-1200 UTC ARE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A LANDING SLOT TIME.
