At one stage in the late 80's Hazelton's operated two Bandeirantes WPI and WPE both P1's on country NSW routes. On certain days the aircraft would do the Dubbo-Broken Hill-Dubbo run, not a bad effort for an aircraft designed for short haul routes,
I think they planned to replace the Bandits with the B1900, but that fell through with CAA's delay in getting the type onto the Australian register.
