PAL Avschool

I've seen this comment somewhere:
"i agree that pal av training is definitely one of the best. but this is only the best if you wanna work for pal. but, no work for most graduates because pal has full pilots anyway. so no use for them. you spend soo much but then no work later. oh my gosh"
How true is this person's claim? Are there any recent PAL avschool grads getting the call from PAL and currently training for the airline? What's up with the flying careers of these newly grads? Any progression in their careers? Could anyone share what's going on inside PAL?
Batch 2007 (Alpha and Bravo) were their latest graduates. Based from the posts above it seems that PAL is recruiting for Batch 2011. But hey, for those who do not know, there are three batches currently training in Clark (about 50+ students). Now how in the world could PAL accommodate its graduates assuming that most if not all are qualified? I suggest you ask this when you attend your orientation.
