Yes, they are RCAF "Other than Pilot Wings", It was decided by the RCAF that all aircrew would wear full wings, unlike the RAF who have stayed with the Pilot full wing, and other crew the half wing, we also went one step further and gave ejection seats to all trades other than pilot! {It did take some time however to give the back seaters a blast shield so they could get at the handle!} Further more all aicrew trades were paid the same rates , dont know what goes on these days however.
