I don't think I said Palmair was owned by Astraeus - just that they owned the Plane used by Palmair.
The tie up came about when European Aviation went bust, Jet2 were used for the following winter season, and I think Viking might have been involved for a short period between the Jet 2 and Astraeus Contracts.
