It would be a change in direction if they did, and probably illegal as well
Certainly of the last recruitment, now typically Airbus (S)FOs, there is a good proportion of Europeans. The proportion is more likely based on where qualifed applicants come from:
- LoCos - EJ/FR for DEP
- Oxford for SSP
than any "policy" by BA.
BA has policy after policy, publication / events / training to excess IMHO about diversity, equality and all sorts of other PC terms... Unlikely their recruitment will contradict this.
