I have a little might in the household who keeps deleting the temporary internet files and history (to cover their tracks).
How do I (in Windows XP Professional), without creating an administrator and others log-on, prevent all other parties from gaining access to the files.
Could it be by hiding the Control Panel somehow, remembering that in XP, access to the Control Panel is also available through the side menu of each file called up on the desktop.
