Try speaking to the British High Commission in Pretoria. The Naval/Air Adviser there is currently a serving RAF pilot; Wg Cdr Tony Harper, a good bloke despite being a Harrier mate (cheers Harps, only joking!)
He should be able to give the the right steer.
