Hey guys

Im starting stage one on 5/11/2010. Ive strated reading the PDF book in the email. My questions are : -

1 - Is there an easy way to remember the SDT calculations? (if anyone could provide a couple examples, that would be awesome )

2 - Is there any software on the net that I can use to practice the cubes ( other than the couple questions I got with the NATS email offering me to go to stage 1 )
