However, what the Courts make of the overall issue of withdrawing ST will be
very interesting. Having read a lot of comments, here and elsewhere, I'm slightly less confident about the decision in respect off BA's position. It does have a sense of 'punishment' about it ... and it will undoubtedly take an expensive lawyer with experience in the field of IR to determine which way it goes.
I guess we have to wait and see - the decision won't be made here!
