You have no evidence with which to make that statement, beyond your own prejudices: You are apparently better informed than the CPS (who have at least studied the evidence)? I assume that you wish for the entire legal burden of proof requirement to be discarded in those instances where you have personally pre-judged guilt from behind your anonymity?

No further speculation on this subject from you, or anybody else. This is for two reasons.

1. Doing so makes you look really thick
2. An anonymous user name does not entitle you to protection.
