Also i got at least 2000hours in GA. Some instructing, most charter with about 800 hours turbine to boot. I never paid for an endorsement nor did i pay any sort of bond
I learnt alot and it made me a better pilot without a doubt! All within 2 years... Now i work for an major airline and i still haven't paid for an endorsement
So allow young people the oppurtunity to gain the experience and come up through the ranks like the 'ol days and make better pilots for the future. End Cadetships there is no need except financial gain by carriers in Australia...
