KAL Interview Process
I interviewed in June. The first 2 days vary - either medical first then simulator, or sim first and then medical. If you get through the first 2 parts, then you get to be interviewed by a panel of 3-4 people. I had 2 Korean Captains and an Expat Captain. As I understand, sometimes there is also a HR type in the interview. The medical is very in-depth, and the sim is similar to a rating ride/atp check. No curve balls, just what is on the brief sheet. Normal takeoff and ils approach, non precision approach, v1 cut, se ils, visual with max cross winds. 2-3 questions from each member of the panel during intrview - some tehnical, some crm. Also did a personality test on interview day. Took about half an hour. About 200 questions - standard stuff I'd taken numerous times before. Let me know if you have any further questions.
