Yes you can renew your LPC for the BD700 in an aircraft with a qualified aircraft TRE.
The LPC will have the same content as your test in the simulator however there will be system failures that cannot not be tested for safety reasons, the engine failures will be simulated at a speed greater than V2, for actual in flight engine shutdowns check this is ok with the insurance company.
The test will most likely be far more expensive than conducting an LPC in the simulator, you will have a minimum of 2 hours flying plus landing / handling fee's and TRE fee. For the average hourly cost of operating the Global plus the above items you probably wont get much change out of 12000 Euros.
