Kerry Quinn is the Cardiff Airport Operations Director rather than MD.
In a recent meeting she seems like a very approachable person who would like to gain experience in various departments within the airport including baggage etc.
I would imagine that Ms Quinn is still getting to grips with the operation at CWL and we will not see any changes within the next month or two.
