I think charter pax have always been included in the overall totals, so they are comparing like with like.
Agree that winter will be difficult, and Manx2 seem to have already adjusted their capacity.
BE do seem to have too many seats in some markets right now, but unless they pull an aircraft altogether, it's difficult to see what they can do that doesn't exchanging half full flights for down time. Probably waiting to see how the RE situation pans out too.
