Not really, every long haul I have operated since last year on the ex-FCA aircraft has either not been full(only 258 seats!) or has had free upgrades into the premium cabin. A side effect of the economic downturn.
Assuming the CON-LIB government abolish the absurd tax on the premium cabin this inbalance will right itself once the economy is back to normal.
