I've flown on all the types in the EK fleet, and every one has the external cameras - one pointed forward, one down - I think they are colocated somewhere near the nose gear bay.
In addition, the A380 has a third camera, mounted about 3/4 the way up the fin - that lets you see almost the entire aircraft, although at night the anti-colls tend to make it hard to watch for long
