I dunno 'bout that. Just say that an ET finds in favour of the sacked (that in itself is highly unlikely, unless the ET decides that it is going to define
union activities in more detail than ever before), then if a re-engagement order is given and BA ignore it, then "union busting" carries more weight. But, in my opinion, this will be actually be over, long before any definition of activities is made.
