The school fees went up just as l arrived in 2002. There was a huge outcry from the pilots and other eligible employees. A few weeks later the company upped the ESA to match. There have been a few increases over the years, with the last being 2008.
So l suggest you take issue with HW, ops HR.
What school for the ESA? Depends on which type of schooling you want.
From what l understand American based education is VERY expensive, but l don't know directly.
For UK based schooling (Which we use, even though we are not Poms), DESC is reasonable at dhm59,079 plus bus dhm5,600 of which EK pay dhm4,000.
There may be cheaper options out there, but l think quality of education is paramount, and l am aware that you can pay a lot more than DESC and still get poor quality!
