It is very strange because I feel service on board my flights is good and attitude to pax is great, so I would not expect any passenger to see anything. However there is an atmosphere of being frightened to speak about the strike for fear of causing an upset. It is very strange because people know whats happening via websites but no one can talk about it at work, which causes a strange kind of stress always watching what you say. It is hard to explain.
