I discovered that our friends in EK staff travel yesterday decided to payload restrict many flights to Europe. I am sure that it had nothing whatsoever to do with the Eid holidays and trying to screw more money out of the staff for ID 50's.
A captain (who was travelling with a family member) then rang staff travel and told them that there was no payload restriction on his flight. What does he know? He is JUST the Captain
And his relative didn't get on.
Just to add to some of the other threads where the issue of school fees has popped up..... EK pay up to 90% of 55,000 AED. Please find out the cost of schooling here in Dubai. Believe me, it is dear. They don't pay 90% of everything.
For those of you applying here, please allow me to give you three pieces of advice...
1.) EK constantly move the goal posts.
2.) EK never miss an opportunity to screw you
3.) Don't come here unless you are desperate
