Not from the Flight Deck Dani.
There are 8 Flight Control Shutoff Switches on the Overhead Maintenance Panel, but they are for maintenance use only, on the ground. They can shut off each hydraulic system for the entire tail or wing. So if you would close the one for the tail you would also lose that hydraulic system for the elevator in addition to the rudder. Not a great idea.
Boeing would have put it in their QRH if it were that easy
If you have a split rudder hard over, you could reduce power on the opposite outboard engine. And stand on that remaining rudder, of course. Just like the NWA crew did.
